As a Senior Research Associate, Andrea designs and manages customized evaluations to help clients create social change. She specializes in implementation and impact evaluations in the areas of STEM education, K-12 arts and literacy education, and teacher certification programs in high-need areas, such as secondary science, mathematics and special education. With over 10 years of experience in evaluation, Andrea utilizes data to help clients effectively create quality improvements for programs in order to change the lives of participants and communities served. Empowered by VR’s mission and core values, Andrea views cultivating collaborative relationships with others as essential for achieving positive social outcomes. She earned her Master’s Degree in Developmental Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University and attended UC Berkeley.
